I would suggest laminating the template.
A simple way to do this.......
Tape the plotted page down by it's corners, onto something you can cut thru.
Get some clear box tape and put strips over the page (try not to get any bubbles).
Using a razor knife or box cutter and a straight edge, cut out the dark lines.

The smaller boxes with the short cut commands, can be cut out as a group
and pasted around the top/bottom of your monitor.
